ONE-WAY-WASTE-VALVES FOR CONVERSION TO WATERLESS URINALS

We have converted over 2000 urinals in the Western Cape to One-Way-Waste-Valve units (referrals available). This makes economic sense besides being the correct "green" thing to do. No water piping need to be installed, no expensive flush mounts, sanitizers or bottle traps. Huge labour savings will also result.

If you already have flush urinals fitted they can easily be upgraded / converted to the waterless system by turning off the water supply, removing the existing waste and bottle trap and installing our compact one way valve which exits directly into the waste line.

Benefits of the One-Way Waste-Valve System are:
- Odourless
- Touch free
- Inexpensive
- Requires minimal maintenance
- Saves water – this alone will pay for itself in a very short time
- Saves energy – particularly to the public service provider (energy required to pump and dispose of the waste water approximately 360   kwl per urinal per year)
- More hygienic
- Reduces potential for vandalism
- No need to replace your existing urinal unit

Waterless urinals afford large savings by eliminating both water and its equivalent sewage treatment costs. A Waterless urinal saves on average 200,000 liters of water per year! Maintenance problems are greatly reduced because water flush valves, hard water encrustations and overflows are also eliminated. The savings usually pay back urinal retrofit costs in between three and six months.
